At the 2008 Cannes Film Festival, it was announced to the world that not only was the obviously pregnant Angelina Jolie expecting one child with her partner, Brad pitt, she was expecting twins! Fellow actor and co-star of Kung Fu Panda accidentally let it slip to the world that the couple was expecting twins.
Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon were born via scheduled c-section at the Lenval hospital in Nice, France, on July 12, 2008. The rights for the first photos of the twins were sold to People and Hello! magazine for an unprecedented $14 million dollars – the most expensive celebrity photos that have ever been paid for. The money went to the Jolie-Pitt foundation to be used for charity efforts.
At the time that this has been written, there are very few photos of the twins, but I’m sure, as they get older, that we’ll be seeing much more of this adorable duo.

Knox and Vivienne are truly adorable little toddlers. It´s hard to imagine that they already are 19 months old! It seems like yesterday when they made their debut on the cover of People Magazine and look how big they are now! They sure bring a lot of joy and happiness into their parents´ and siblings´ lives. Angelove – I sooo agree with you. Now that these two cuties are older we´ll certainly be seeing a lot more of them out with the rest of the family! They are just so cute! Viv is a miniature version of Angie and Knox looks like an interesting mix of both his mum and dad.
