Angelina Jolie and the Sony Vaio

Jordan5

The weekend is once again upon us, and I always try to make sure that we’ve got some great photos to look at over the weekend – these should fit the bill nicely!

A few more photos from Brad and Angelina’s trip to Jordan have surfaced, and I’m absolutely in love with them. I always love seeing Angelina smile, and the look on her face at the school she and Brad visited is beautiful. But being a semi-tech geek I really love the photos of Angelina using a Sony Vaio! (I’m a bit of a PC fan – GO VAIO!) I’m actually wondering if it’s the Sony VAIO VGN-NW120J/S 15.5-Inch Laptop – looks a bit like it, doesn’t it?

I don’t have a Vaio (dang it), but I’ve heard that they’re amazing. Angelina, however, looks a bit perplexed (my son’s vocabulary word – we’ve been using it all week!) as to what she’s doing in some of the pictures. Frankly I was surprised to see her in front of a computer at all, as she’s made it very clear that she doesn’t use one very often.

Enjoy the new photos of Angelina and Brad!

Angelina looks the way I look in front of a computer!! I can get on and go straight to the gossip sites. I can also search fairly well and make travel arrangements. After that, I’m totally confused. I took my laptop (not a Vaio) on vacation last week because our hotel said it had free internet. I thought all I had to do was plug the thing in. Luckily my 10 year old niece was with us and hooked me up!!!

Anyway, thanks Randi for these pictures. In the last row, the middle pic, Angelina looks EXACTLY like her mother!! It’s amazing!!

In the second to last picture, she looks so much like Marcheline. I love these pictures, Randi – you always seem to have the scoop when it comes to new Brad & Angie pictures. These are beautiful and an awesome Friday treat!

I want to share with you a great comment by “reneobrien” (October 10, 2009 at 2:20 AM) re Ms. Allison Samuels’ Hates Zee’s Hair blog (Newsweek).

I am telling you, he made a very good sense & called the writer out for her discriminatory blog. “reneobrien” opinion is very long but very good. He started with,
“Ms. Samuels writes that due to Zahara’s natural hair and appearance…….”

To those who are interested to read it, pls refer to this site:

thanks so much, Randi, for these super pictures; how Angie&Brad manage to appear so very relaxed and enjoying themselves shows just how ‘natural’ and ‘genuine’ they truly are. As Keats (above) writes, I too “cannot get enough” of pouring over their photos! They are such positive role models, spreading their warmth and compassion around wherever they go; I know they lift my mood just by seeing them in photos.
I looked at the article Neer refers to (above) and was startled to read of the vehemence bouncing off the page Allison Samuels writes – I know nothing of Zahara’s haircare, but am absolutely sure that Angie &Brad would most certainly attend to the health of Zee’s hair BUT also that as totally attentive and besotted parents they would never subject their children to anything the children found distressing. Whilst I often marvel at and admire the beautiful styles many young children of Africal descent ‘wear’ I cannot help but wonder how willingly the child just sat there without protest while the styling was in progress – anyone who’s had young children must recall just how ‘testing’ haircare routines are for them (screams and protests galore!!). My ‘gut’ feeling is that whilst Angie& Brad would most definitely attend to ALL the health-care aspects of their children, they would find a ‘middle’ way to ensure the least distress possible for the children. I can tell that Angie &Brad explain and talk things through honestly and supportively with their children all the time, and subsequently I can SEE the love and trust their children have for and in their parents. There’s most definitely no neglect in the Jolie-Pitt family.
What’s that saying: ‘you’re damned if you do and damned if you don’t !!
What sells copy nowadays is deplorable.

ps. simply must add how the pics with the local children just melt my heart and bring tears to my eyes – how can anyone criticise Brad& Angie as parents, who so obvioulsy ‘light-up’ with warmth and love whenever they are in the company of children??

Maybe it is a blessing that Angie is not to good with computers. I would hate to think that she would read some comments on other websites. Randi, the pictures are so nice, thanks
